Very interesting, the only fault I can really see is the reflection of light on the hand does not represent the light above the palm.

not sure how it should look...the actual light there is from a single match held upright on my palm...I cloned out the match, and replaced with flames copied from a woodstove fire.  What light pattern would make it look better?

Here's the original, no photoshopping in...that was the only light and it was actually in that spot
